My Approach

At the core of our being, what do most of us desire? To be seen, to be accepted, to be understood, to know and experience our own freedom.

My aim is to help you feel safe and supported, in a non judgemental space where we can explore what this existence is like for you. To share the joys, to delve into the fears, to explore what isn't serving you any more, to create and to access more of what is.

It is my hope that over the course of our time together that you come to recognise your capabilities, your strength, and your inherent worthiness to live a life that you love.
In my own life, the teachers who have been most impactful are those who offered me transparency, relatability, and honesty in how they too had traversed the same roads as I. They got me. I recognise the value in self disclosure and consider it a necessary part of the process of authentic relating.

Navigating my own hero's journey helps me to better understand yours.
I believe on some level we are all each other's mirrors, and that transformation occurs in the presence of another. It's a beautiful paradox that our interpersonal wounds can be healed within relationships.

In the words of the late Ram Dass, 'we are all just walking each other home'.
