I offer a space of non-judgement, compassion, and a genuine interest to get to know the real you. It is my hope to provide you with opportunities and tools to explore the basis of your emotions and beliefs in order to promote psychospiritual expansion and personal growth.​​

Individual psychotherapy sessions are available before, or 24 hours post energy work if follow up support is requested for emotional integration.

INVESTMENT: $111 per session

                         $222 counselling/psychotherapy + energy work (double session)
